Ian Aitken President and CEO
Ian Aitken joined IAE in April 2008 as the Executive Vice President – Customer Business following a career at Rolls-Royce where he held a number of leadership positions across the Civil Aerospace organization. His most recent position at Rolls-Royce was President - Corporate and Regional Aircraft, where he was responsible for directing the company’s Civil Engine programs for engines below 22,000 lbs of thrust.
Ian joined Rolls-Royce plc in 1979. Over the course of his career, he served in a variety of senior positions and boards in Asia/Pacific, Europe, and North America. Posts held include Director of Customer Support – Civil Aerospace, Senior Vice President – Customer Business for Asia and the Pacific, and Executive Vice President – Customer Business Americas and Regional Aircraft.
Jim Guiliano Executive Vice President Customer Business
Jim Guiliano joined IAE as Executive Vice President, Customer Business in February 2010. Jim joined Pratt & Whitney in 1993 where he was involved in the Commercial Engines organization following a career in the United States Navy. Jim was most recently Vice President - Global Customer Services. In this position he was responsible for the worldwide engine services provided to Pratt & Whitney customers through its Commercial Engines and Global Services business. Prior to that he held a series of management roles with increasing responsibility, including General Manager of several overseas joint ventures, Vice President - Engine Centers, and Vice President - Global Service Partners Business Development.

Chris Davie Senior Vice President Aftermarket & Commercial
Chris Davie was appointed IAE Senior Vice President, Aftermarket & Commercial in May 2010. He joined Rolls-Royce in 1990 where he spent 12 years in various Engineering roles including Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Development Engineer for the V2500. Chris originally joined IAE in 2003 as Director, Aftermarket Business Operations before returning to Rolls-Royce in 2006 as Program Executive. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President, Service Operations accountable for all elements of the company’s Civil Aerospace service delivery. Chris is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Charles Ayer Chief Financial Officer
Charles "Chuck" Ayer joined IAE in January 2011 as Chief Financial Officer from Pratt & Whitney. In his current role, he is responsible for recording, summarizing and reporting all IAE revenues and costs and providing financial analysis support to marketing campaigns and aftermarket activities. Chuck brings over 30 years of financial experience at Pratt & Whitney to IAE’s Leadership Team including over 20 years in the Commercial Engine business. He supported several joint ventures and partnerships during his time there, including Engine Alliance where he was CFO.
John Green Vice President Operations & Programs
John Green was appointed IAE Vice President, Operations & Programs in November 2010 from Pratt & Whitney. John is responsible for engine and spare parts delivery, quality, and program integration. John brings more than 20 years of experience to IAE, progressing through a variety of engineering and leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney, including General Manager of the Eagle Services Asia Part Repair facility in Singapore and later Operations Manager of the Christchurch Engine Center in New Zealand.
Steve Burrill Vice President Engineering
Steve Burrill joined IAE as Vice President of Engineering in May 2011. Steve arrives from Rolls-Royce, where he served as a Chief Project Engineer for helicopter engines. Steve joined Rolls-Royce in 1996 and has held a variety of positions including being the program lead for systems integration on the JSF lift fan, serving in turbine engineering development roles on Trent engines, as well as other technical and programmatic capacities.
Karen McCusker Chief Legal Officer
Karen McCusker joined IAE as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary in February 2005. Karen arrived from Pratt & Whitney, where she served as Assistant Counsel since 1998, first supporting engine sales and aftermarket in the Americas and China and later supporting Pratt & Whitney's Business Development organization in a number of successful acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, Karen worked as a business law attorney at the law firms of Mintz Levin in Boston and LeBoeuf Lamb in Hartford, structuring mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public offerings and technology licensing.
Martin Brown Vice President Toulouse Office
Martin Brown joined IAE as Vice President Toulouse office in November 2008 from Pratt & Whitney. Previously, Martin worked for UTIO / Pratt & Whitney and has progressed through various leading roles in Technical and Product Support. He set up and supported the PW6000 program at the Airbus facility in Hamburg-Finkenwerder and most recently, he set up the IAE support office at the A320 Airbus Final Assembly Line at Tianjin, China. Martin commenced his aeronautical career at Airbus Toulouse and has 25 year experience in civil aerospace engineering and product support. Martin is now responsible in supporting Airbus for all V2500 powered aircraft deliveries to airlines in Toulouse, Hamburg and Tianjin, ensuring quality, schedule and customer satisfaction objectives
